Conductive Education For Adults is a Preventative Health and Rehabilitation Method
It currently offers services in North London area and provide regular Conductive Education classes for Adults with Cerebral Palsy, Parkinson's Disease, Stroke survivors, Multiple Sclerosis and Head Injuries.
“A recent study relating to the impact of conductive education on quality of life (Brittle et al, 2008) identified positive changes across a range of areas including mobility, communication, social factors and cognitive changes. While these areas would traditionally be dealt with separately, Conductive Education encompasses all aspects of lifestyle in one specialised programme. The results of the study show that this is not only possible but significant. The average length of time between diagnosis and enrolment also indicates a role for conductive education in the longer term management of these conditions”
